Suroor Mart Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

At Suroor Mart, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please visit our store with your receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
